In 1999, desktop computers were new and in demand for business users. Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office were being adopted at a record setting rate. Businesses needed qualified professionals to help their organization bring technology into the office. This was the beginning of Software Solutions.
As a team of competent and enthusiastic trainers, Software Solutions set out to do what it does best, help people understand and incorporate technology into their daily professional lives. Success came quickly as the company became profitable almost immediately by signing on Fortune 500 companies and international businesses as clients. With many of those initial customers, Software Solutions still maintains its relationship.
The “Office Application Revolution” of the late 90’s, and into the early part of the next decade, provided an excellent spring board for Software Solutions to establish itself and mature. Around 2003, Software Solutions realized that an emerging trend was replacing the traditional Office Application demand for training. This new trend included the integration of technology into every aspect of business. Whether it was the introduction of integrated email and voicemail, the electronic tracking of sales calls, or the demand for sharing electronic data, times were changing. Software Solutions adapted its offerings to meet these new needs while holding true to its core competency of helping people understand and incorporate technology into their daily professional lives.
As Software Solutions passes it 12th anniversary, it will continue to look to the future to adapt to the needs of the businesses and industries served.
