Software Solutions requires three full business days to cancel a class without penalty.

If less than three full business days are given Software Solutions reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee up to 100% of the cost of the class.

For inclement weather Software Solutions endeavors to plan ahead with our clients. To make the determination about cancelling or holding class, Software Solutions usually follows the plan of the college or university closest to the client's site.
